Noelle is a natural born hair colorist. Growing up an hour outside of NYC, she spent most of her days in her parents salon, watching, listening, learning about life behind the chair. Now she uses her artistic eye, lifelong experiences, passion and creativity to fashion beautiful modern colors for her growing and loyal clientele at ARROJO SoHo. A rising star, Noelle’s credits include our own Underground hair show and IBS NYC, where she supported our artistic team with a range of remarkable color creations. Living her dream in NYC, you can feel Noelle’s passion in every word. “I enjoy all aspects of hair coloring,” she says. “Redheads, blondes, brunettes, hair painting, vacationed beachy looks –– I love the whole palette!”
