We accept returns on defective or damaged items and unused items within 15 days of the order date. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product.
We only process returns for items purchased through arrojonyc.com. If you purchased any ARROJO products from one of our retail partners, please reach out to the retailer directly.
If you’re returning a product because it didn’t meet your expectations, please note the following:
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was defective, damaged, or the wrong product was sent. If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us at product@arrojonyc.com to request a complimentary return shipping label and further assistance.
Email us at product@arrojonyc.com with your order number and reason for the return. We’ll provide detailed instructions and a return authorization if applicable.
Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging (if applicable). Include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase, as well as the packing invoice.
Use a shipping carrier of your choice to send the return to:

Please note that ARROJO is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit. For your peace of mind, we recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email of the refund status. If approved, a credit will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Please note that shipping fees from your original purchase are non-refundable.

Before shipping back an item, please email product@arrojonyc.com with your order number and details about the product you’d like to exchange. We’ll confirm the requested item’s availability and guide you through the process.
Once your exchange is authorized, securely package the item(s) in their original packaging (if applicable). Don’t forget to include your receipt or proof of purchase.
You’re responsible for the shipping costs to return the item to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as ARROJO is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, we’ll process your exchange and ship the replacement product at no extra shipping cost.
